Office Experience
We kick off with "Office Work 101," where interns engage in hands-on tasks to get a taste of office life, helping them envision their future careers.
Industry Exposure
In addition to foundational skills, interns will gain insights from the dedicated staffs from different companies, who will share their career journeys and industry perspectives. Some companies will also present real-world cases for our interns to brainstorm solutions, providing a practical glimpse into their future roles.
Summ-ory 2025
Over the course of two dynamic weeks, Summory Batch 1 interns engaged in a hands-on journey that combined real-world experience with creative exploration.
From applying AI in research and using design thinking to solve challenges, to building marketing campaigns and leading alumni-focused initiatives, they developed practical skills and collaborative mindsets. With guidance from industry mentors, CV workshops, coffee chats, company visits, and mock interviews, students gained career insights while also discovering more about themselves. This experience laid a strong foundation for their future, both personally and professionally.
Summ-ory 2024
During Summory 2024, students gained hands-on office experience through translation, research, and digital content creation. They localized website content, organized research findings in spreadsheets, and applied design thinking to develop mentor engagement strategies and company visit plans. The marketing team also created Instagram stories, reels, and SEO-friendly blog posts, building practical skills in storytelling, teamwork, and strategic planning.
Outside the office, students explored various industries through immersive experiences. They shadowed front-desk staff at a co-working space, tried barista tasks at a private French kitchen, and joined workshops on CV writing and ESG led by D2S:Mentors. These activities broadened their horizons and helped them grow in confidence, communication, and career awareness.
