What is The Foundry?
Dream2Story’s 4 months Foundry program pairs senior secondary students with mentors through a business case competition. Through workshops, company visits, and mentorship, students build confidence, business skills, and entrepreneurial thinking while gaining exposure to the corporate world. Participants also form lasting connections with mentors who often support them beyond the program.

This year’s Foundry 2024/25 (FY25) successfully concluded at the Graduation Workshop Day on 5th July 2025. This report is a summary of the key facts and measured outcome of the FY25 programme.
Impact measurements in the Foundry are integrated into different parts of the programme to assess its efficacy in bringing about the desired outcome. This report outlines clearly what each of the desired outcomes are and their respective impact measurements.

Sharing Day (Competition)
After 10 weeks or more of hard work and preparation (and hopefully some fun!), Sharing Day was finally held at the new school venue of Maryknoll Secondary School at Kwun Tong.
All Mentors agreed they were pleasantly surprised at how well prepared the teams were; including very savvy Q&A sessions conducted by our guest entrepreneur and corporate judges.
Congrats to Delia Memorial School (Hip Wo No.2 College) “Spirit” team for winning the Most Valuable Company whilst the Best Presenters award was swept home by "Daydreamer" from Caritas Fanling Chan Chun Ha Secondary School.
