Dream2Story is a social incubator.
We believe tertiary education is neither the definition of nor the only pathway to success. We aim to promote social mobility through being the illustrator and navigator for the alternative social ladder that we believe already exists.
We focus on talented youngsters whose talent and/or social background do not lend themselves easily or naturally to the traditional social ladder via tertiary education.

Dream2Story dreams of a Hong Kong where every youth can find and follow a career path that fully realises his or her own unique talents and potential; no matter their background.
Mission
Empowering under-resourced youths who aren't pursuing tertiary education by helping them build confidence, skills, and belief in their potential. We guide them toward alternative career paths through tailored programs, training, and placement opportunities—while our dedicated D2S:Mentors provide support, inspiration, and practical guidance every step of the way toward their dreams.

People behind Dream2Story
Dream2Story was founded by a diverse group united by one mission: to unlock the potential of under-resourced youth.
It began during a simple yum cha lunch with students we were mentoring. Their talent was undeniable—yet their futures felt limited by lack of opportunity and guidance.
Seeing this untapped potential side-by-side with employers’ ‘talent shortages’ sparked an idea: What if we could bridge this gap? That’s how Dream2Story began—not just as a solution, but as a necessary change.
