SUMMORY 2024
During Summory 2024, students gained hands-on office experience through translation, research, and digital content creation. They localized website content, organized research findings in spreadsheets, and applied design thinking to develop mentor engagement strategies and company visit plans. The marketing team also created Instagram stories, reels, and SEO-friendly blog posts, building practical skills in storytelling, teamwork, and strategic planning.
Outside the office, students explored various industries through immersive experiences. They shadowed front-desk staff at a co-working space, tried barista tasks at a private French kitchen, and joined workshops on CV writing and ESG led by D2S:Mentors. These activities broadened their horizons and helped them grow in confidence, communication, and career awareness.

Office Experience - Translation & Research
Our interns localized website content by translating materials into Chinese, while collaboratively dividing tasks among teammates. They conducted thorough research on key topics including education programs and job opportunities, then systematically organized their findings in Excel spreadsheets. Through this work, they gained valuable experience in professional translation, teamwork, and data management.
Office Experience - Marketing & Content Creation
The marketing team developed digital content after attending instructional workshops. They created targeted IG stories, documented their internship journey through IG reels, and researched SEO keywords to produce optimized blog posts. These activities helped them acquire practical digital marketing and storytelling skills.
Office Experience - Collaborative projects
Interns worked effectively in teams to develop mentor engagement strategies and plan company visits. They successfully delegated responsibilities among peers and delivered final presentations showcasing their creative solutions. This collaboration strengthened their strategic planning, teamwork, and professional communication abilities.
