Lawrence Tsang
Lawrence is an experienced corporate executive with over 30 years of experience in which he held global and regional CFO and COO roles in a diverse range of industries including Unilever, Haworth, Linklaters, Vistra and Grosvenor.
Lawrence has a long-term interest in corporate CSR. He initiated and founded the global CSR programme at Vistra, and drove the delivery of the Social Benefit strategy at Grosvenor Asia Pacific. He is a member of the board of the Angkor Hospital for Children - an NGO hospital at Cambodia. He also volunteers extensively and was a volunteer consultant at Asia Charities Services and a volunteer leader at HandsOn.

Eugene Cheung
Eugene is an investment and research professional with 15 years of experience in private and public real estate. He held senior positions at UBS Investment Bank and was formerly the Executive Director of Grosvenor Asia Pacific, one of the largest global private real estate companies, and is working on various venture capital projects.
Eugene graduated from Peking University and is a Council Member at the Better Hong Kong Foundation. Eugene is active in various mentorship roles and aspired to generate a better future for Hong Kong and the youngsters residing in the city.

Kylie Wong
A solicitor admitted in Hong Kong, Kylie is a property specialist with experience in the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors and experience supporting investments in property adjacent businesses including proptech.
Before joining Serakai, Kylie was Associate Legal Counsel at Grosvenor Asia from 2020-2023, supporting the Senior Legal Counsel with transactions, corporate, legal and compliance matters across its businesses in Hong Kong, China and Japan. In her role she supported the successful consummation as well as exit of significant and complex investments in each of these markets, ongoing joint-venture oversight and governance, asset management and leasing and board secretarial and compliance. Kylie was previously with Mayer Brown as a member of their real estate practice and acted for leading developers, family offices and institutions in Hong Kong on their land and en bloc asset acquisitions, project conveyancing, and office, residential and retail leasing activities.

Charling Tse
Charling is a CPA with 15 years of professional and commercial finance experience in multiple industries, including retail, professional services, fintech and real estate. She has been with Thomson Reuters, Vistra and DFI Retail Group in various regional and corporate finance roles to formulate strategy and drive business performance. Her last role was Head of Business Planning & Analysis in Grosvenor Property Asia.
During her university years in Melbourne, Charling was involved in various charitable activities to support the development of the local youth community.

Sally Yu
Sally is a seasoned lawyer with over 25 years of international company experience. She worked at Grosvenor Limited (UK-headquartered), the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and Deutsche Bank in both Hong Kong & Singapore prior to joining Bird & Bird Hong Kong as Regional Head of Legal and Compliance (Asia Pacific).
Sally is keen on empowering and inspiring motivated youths to create positive changes. Promoting a culture of learning, she participates in alma mater mentoring, and was also heavily involved in the charitable endeavours delivered by Grosvenor Asia Pacific, including the design and establishment of a number of social innovation projects aimed at promoting social mobility, long-term employability, and health justice.

Jason Lai
Jason has over 10 years of experience in IT support functions for various Asia Pacific operations. He has worked in Dow Jones, Philip Morris Asia Limited, Withers worldwide, TVB New media Ltd, and is formerly the Service Desk Analyst of Grosvenor Asia Pacific.
Jason has avid interests in movies and pop culture. He writes the movie reviews on his personal Instagram as a hobby. Jason is a black belt in Taekwondo and enjoys exploring new experiences.

May Szeto
May is a passionate Human Resources practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. She had been with J.P. Morgan Chase, Nomura Securities, MGPA (now part of Blackrock) and Bloomberg L.P. in various regional roles in Human Resources. Formerly, she had been the Head of HR for Grosvenor Asia Pacific for 7 years. She is now the Director, Human Resources for the Empire Group.
Growing up in Hong Kong, May is keen on sharing her life experience with the next generation and to enable them to build a better Hong Kong together. She has involved actively in various mentorship programs in her personal time.

Yvonne Keung
Yvonne is a CPA with over 15 years of diverse experience in accounting and finance functions. She started her career in PwC Consulting, and subsequently moved into various commercial positions with responsibilities around finance operations, budgeting and planning, financial modelling, reporting and treasury.
Coupled with her training as a Certified Organization Coach (Level 2) under IECL, Yvonne would like to share her experience in life and her career with the aspiration to make impact and change lives for the better.

Patricia Miao
Patricia is a passionate Management Consultant with experience in Real Estate and Customer Strategy. She has previously been with Grosvenor Asia Pacific, where she focused on Property Investment and Asset Management in the Greater China region. Currently serving as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Patricia specializes in devising and implementing customer-centric strategies for companies across various industries to drive sustainable growth. She seeks to channel her energies and expertise to bring positive impact to both the private and public sectors.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Patricia actively engages in a number of youth associations in Hong Kong with involvement in various mentorship and career training programs, contributing to the creation of meaningful youth development opportunities.

Carina Lui
Carina is a CPA with 10 years of experience in the financial field. She was an audit manager in Deloitte and held a position as finance manager in Grosvenor Asia Pacific. She currently work in AIA Hong Kong and Macau as a Consultant in the Strategy & Analytics team.
Carina believes in the values of innovation and creative-thinking. She is an open-minded work professional with first-hand experience in changing course in her career and taking up new challenges.
In her down time, she likes to keep exploring new experiences. She is an intermediate Korean speaker and enjoyed her time in muay thai and wakesurfing.

Melody Liu
Melody is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of post-charter experience in delivering various high-profile value-add and development projects for various scalable developers in Hong Kong, namely Swire Properties Limited and Sino Land. Formerly the Senior Manager of Investments, Grosvenor Asia Pacific, Melody is now the Head of Investment and Development of Hysan Development Company Limited.
Melody grew up in Hong Kong. She has strong aspiration of giving back to the society and building a better place for the next generation. During her career with Swire Properties and Grosvenor Asia Pacific, she was actively involved in various charitable initiatives of these companies.
