I enjoy community engagement, sustainability initiatives, and education-related projects, with a strong interest in social innovation, environmental advocacy, and mentoring young people through workshops, hackathons, and community programmes. I’ve worked across very diverse communities—from mentoring university and secondary school students to conducting oral history interviews with village residents, as well as collaborating with fishermen and kaifongs—and I also run a local Hong Kong fishery brand initiative. I hope to bring mentoring and facilitation experience, strategic problem-solving, and strong communication and storytelling skills to the programme, alongside practical corporate exposure to help students explore real-world career pathways. I’m looking for a supportive and reflective mentor community that values collaboration, empathy, and shared learning, and I strongly believe the most important element of future education is empowering students with agency—helping them understand themselves, explore possibilities, and build the confidence to navigate an uncertain future with purpose.
