The Foundry is Dream2Story’s flagship youth empowerment programme, connecting senior secondary students with corporate mentors to develop a business plan from their own passions. Through workshops, company visits and mentorship, students learn communication, teamwork, problem-solving and self-confidence.
《老細體驗坊》是鑄夢所的旗艦計劃，旨在透過導師指導、公司參訪及工作坊，讓中四至中五學生把夢想化為實際商業計劃，從中提升溝通能力、團隊合作及解難技巧，建立自信與自我主體性。

Dream2Story (“D2S”) is a social incubator committed to helping young people in Hong Kong discover their potential and define their own success, regardless of background. We focus on students whose talent or social circumstances limit traditional pathways and support their transition from school to work through confidence, life skills and connections.
鑄夢所是一個社會孵化平台，致力協助香港年青人無論出身背景，都能發揮潛能，尋找屬於自己的成功定義。我們幫助學生提升自信、生活技能及人脈，順利從校園過渡至職場。

2-3 corporate mentors + 1 teacher per team

Interactive sessions to foster self-discovery and confidence

Business plan challenge based on students’ own ideas
