Finance

I am a recently retired banker with decades of experience in finance and investment banking. I am a CPA qualified both in HK and Australia. I also hold the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification.

I am a HKU graduate in Engineering and also hold three Master degrees, one of which is MBA in France so I do know France and speak French fluently. Another of my master degree is Buddhism from HKU, which is a subject that I would be happy to discuss with anyone interested.

My hobby is martial arts. I hold multiple professional level coach qualifications in various disciplines including traditional Chinese martial arts, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Kickboxing, Arnis and Thai Boxing. I was invited to join the China Hong Kong Kickboxing Association, a national level sport association in Hong Kong under the International Olympics Committee, and currently acts as an active member of their coaching and referee committee. Since my retirement, I have been teaching regularly and coaching youngsters for competition in Kickboxing, and acting as referee and judge for Kickboxing, Thaiboxing and Chinese Martial Arts competitions.

As for local community services, I am currently acting as a member of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committees of the Hong Kong Maritime Museum, a charitable institution in Hong Kong. I also serve as a member of the Investment Committee of the HKMM Foundation Trust, also a Section 88 charity. I have been engaging in providing pro bono volunteering services to various charitable institutions, including participating in outbound community works organized by the HKU Buddhism Studies Alumni Association, and providing various coaching and teaching services to primary and secondary school students in courses hosted by Junior Achievement Hong Kong and the HK Society for the Protection of Children respectively.
