Our transformative summer internship bridging the gap between our Foundry program and crafting individual success stories is now named "Summ-ory". The name signifies an invitation to our interns to make the most of the Summer by engaging with D2S to expand horizons and gain practical work experience. This internship also serves as a Summary of what the students have learned from the Foundry to apply and consolidate, for instance, their communication skills, teamwork abilities, and self-confidence (realizing their potential to achieve great things).
A huge thank you to International Workplace Group plc Hong Kong and their dedicated team for their invaluable support during the two-day shadowing experience in our Summ-ory program. From immersive tours of their flexible workspaces to presenting real-life scenarios that challenged our interns to think on their feet and experience the role of a frontline staff, the experience was truly enriching. Our interns gained hands-on exposure, honing their ability to tackle urgent tasks with finesse and professionalism.
