Dream2Story are looking for a passionate Programme Manager to lead and build up the next phases of our young, growing and ambitious organisation.

About The Role
Title: Programme Manager
Reports to: Programme Lead
Type: Full/Part Time
Place of Work: Office with remote working policy
Program work throughout HK
The Programme Manager’s primary responsibility is to support the design, coordination, and
delivery of high-quality programs that align with D2S’s mission and strategic goals. This role involves
working closely with the Programme Lead and various stakeholders to ensure that all programs are effectively executed, continuously improved, and positively impact beneficiaries. The role also includes developing strong collaborations with partners and ensuring programs are delivered efficiently and in line with D2S standards.-

Programme Delivery

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of D2S programs to ensure they meet organizational quality standards and strategic objectives.

Support continuous feedback collection from stakeholders (mentors, schools, teachers,
student participants and partners) and implement improvements based on insights. -
Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, content preparation, and reporting on
outcomes. -
Assist in organizing, coordinating, and managing D2S events (both program-led and fundraising),
including project management and procurement activities related to the events.
Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement

Support the Programme Lead in developing partnerships with corporates and other non-profit organizations for the D2S:Hub.

Support relationship management with partners, mentors, and other program stakeholders.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure programs are well-promoted through social media, events, and other channels.
Operational Support

Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring effective tracking and reporting.

Support administrative tasks, including program documentation, data analysis, financial and IT- related administration and stakeholder updates.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Team Collaboration

Work closely with the Programme Lead to ensure program priorities are delivered effectively.

Support team coordination and provide assistance for organizational development initiatives.

Passionate about empowering talented but under-resourced youngsters; strong alignment with
D2S’s purpose -
NGO experience not necessary

3-5 years of experience in program coordination, project support, or event management

Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with marketing, social media, or partner engagement is a plus

Flexibility and agility; ability to adapt to fast-changing environment

Self starter; able to deliver objectives through working independently with strong sense of
responsibility, integrity and work ethics -
Collaborative working style with willingness to initiate as well as follow new ideas

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced nonprofit environment

Proficiency in using MS Office especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
