Corporates can support the Foundry whilst providing a structured volunteering program to staff by:

Sponsoring participating teams

HK$60,000 per team

Offering volunteering opportunities for 2 Mentor-slots* per sponsored team
Requirements

Corporate to support time out-of-office for volunteering staff

Volunteers to pass through D2S:Mentor selection process

Volunteers to commit to the timelines required for the program

Volunteers to commit to D2S:Mentor Code of Conduct

Volunteer to attend Mentors skills sharing and briefing sessions in February

Fully managed volunteering program for 4 months for participating staff

2 volunteer D2S:Mentor slots guaranteed per team sponsored

Named as a Gold Supporting Organisation of D2S and the Foundry
Funding Period
February - May each year
Support through Giving Time
We recognize the significance of giving time by corporate employees as an important contribution to NGOs. We welcome corporates willing to support staff’s time out of office as a D2S:Mentor as part of the Foundry program.
Requirements

Corporate to support time out-of-office for volunteering staff

Corporate to support at least 1 full Mentor for every 2 Mentor

Volunteers to pass through D2S:Mentor selection process

Volunteers to commit to the timelines required for the program

Volunteers to commit to D2S:Mentor Code of Conduct

Volunteer to attend Mentors skills sharing and briefing sessions in February

Fully managed 4-month volunteering program for participating staff

Named as a Supporting Organisation of D2S and the Foundry (for those providing more than 2 full Mentor-slot equivalents staff volunteers)
Duration
February - May each year
Support through Company Visit
We welcome corporates willing to support the Foundry by hosting Company Visit as part of the Foundry program.
If corporate is also providing volunteers as Mentors to the Foundry, this provides opportunity for other staff members who may not be interested or available to contribute to the Mentor-volunteering program to contribute.
Requirements
-
One afternoon (~3-5pm) in April
-
Hosting up to 4 teams (~ 20 students + 10 teachers & mentors)
-
Deploying a few staff member to share their working experience with the visiting teams
